Optimal for guide rails in food machinery - Resin cutting processing (UPE)

Processing of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin with wear resistance, food hygiene, and economic efficiency.

Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), which refers to high-density polyethylene with a weight average molecular weight of approximately 1 million or more, is commonly known as "UPE." Among all thermoplastic plastics, it has the highest impact resistance and significantly good wear resistance, making it primarily used in applications that require low friction coefficients, wear resistance, and impact resistance, such as guide rails for conveyor machinery, chain guides, chain conveyors, and rollers. If you are having trouble processing this material, please consult with K-Tech Co., Ltd. 【Features】 ○ Excellent impact resistance ○ Particularly outstanding wear resistance ○ Self-lubricating properties ○ Chemical resistance ○ Very low water absorption For more details, please contact us.

Processing of high molar, manufacturing the rotating part ring with high precision through coaxial machining.

Processing of high molar materials, producing rotating component rings with high precision through coaxial machining. Due to the characteristics of the material, we strive to meet your requirements for tolerances and distortions as closely as possible.

Our company processes high molecular weight polyethylene and manufactures precision coaxial rotating part rings. Since it is a material equivalent to ultra-high molecular polyethylene, it tends to produce burrs, making post-processing challenging. For semiconductor-related products, many processed items made from ultra-high molecular polyethylene often have conditions that are stricter than the drawings, requiring considerable discussions even with the same user. Ultra-high molecular polyethylene (HHMW, Tybar, Newlight, Ulmolar) is a material that excels in wear resistance and is relatively soft among resins, leaving marks when pressed hard with a fingernail. Mass-produced items using NC lathe composite processing (Okuma) include products that require round part indexing and small parts machining, utilizing a 5-axis machining approach to increase machine operating rates. We also accommodate "mass production," capable of handling items with large production quantities, shifting to a mass production system to meet demands. For companies, we flexibly respond to various conditions, striving to meet diverse requests such as payment terms and the absence of drawings. Since our establishment in 1971, we have been in operation until now. I deeply feel that this is thanks to the support of our users. We look forward to your continued patronage.

Sanpelca L-2000 processing

Sanpelka is processed into a wide range of products such as cushioning materials and insulation materials. L-2000 has a pleasant texture and is also processed for use in case interiors and fixtures.

L-2000 is a polyethylene foam that is 20 times lighter, widely used as cushioning and insulation material due to its lightness, and does not allow liquids to pass through because of its closed-cell structure. It can be processed in one go up to about 50mm thick using punching or water jet cutting. Colors available are white, black, gray, and blue, while red, green, and yellow are made to order. The apparent density is 45kg/m³, and the effective dimensions are 100mm × 1,000mm × 1,000mm, with thickness, width, and length customizable to the required size.
